Belgium born Max Ryerson is a passionate filmmaker and promoter of cinematic work. He started shooting stop-action animated films in his pre-teens soon followed by narrative fiction shorts. His passion for the moving image medium next saw him delve into news reporting. It wasn't until his late teens that he would direct his first commercial. Studying theater and acting at boarding school he moved to Monte-Carlo to attend university.

A few years after graduating, Max moved to Los Angeles where he studied at the New York Film Academy and the Hollywood Film Institute. He followed his studies with directing and producing films and music videos. He has worked on numerous TV and Film sets (CSI, The West Wing, NYPD Blue, Ally McBeal, Felicity, Becker) and for major film & TV companies such as Walt Disney Pictures and 20th Century Fox. He has been mentioned frequently in reviews by Variety, Screen Daily, The Hollywood Reporter and IndieWire.com. In 2004 Max returned to Monte-Carlo to bring to life a new film festival: the IETFF. As a working producer he is currently developing his next film.

Business consultant in Monaco and Japan, Noriko has worked with dozens of media events and organizations. She is a business consultant specializing in Luxury Marketing with Exclusive Entertainment (music, TV, magazines, fashion, cinema, motor sports, mega yacht traveling & entertainment, high technology and event sponsorship). She also operates the "Monaco Luxury Network".

Previously a Professor of Business Psychology at the International University of Monaco, and a consultant (Japanese/English) for Television Motion Picture, Fuji, Pajamanation, NHK TV Production, TS, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport; Government of Japan, ADDICTUM, L'OFFICIAL JAPON, IBM, TBS, Avex, Green Energy Japan, NTT DoCoMo and more.
For IEFTA, Noriko overlooks fundamental daily business operation closely with the administrative office in Monaco, legal (together with Maitre Olivier MARQUET), organizational structure, human resource, Monegasque and international official documents (together with Mr. Stephane GARINO),

Since 1996, Marco Orsini has produced, written and directed over 60 hours of programming for network and cable TV outlets including Telemundo, Fox, Pax, Columbia-TriStar, UPN, WB and Hearst. In 2001, Marco wrote and directed his first short film, “Mari-Conita De Jesus,” a mockumentary which screened at Cine Accion, the London Film Festival, NewFest and the Brooklyn Film Festival.

Acknowledging his cinematic focus on the diversity of Latino experience in America, The National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP), in collaboration with the Anthology Film Archives, recognized Marco as an up and coming Latino filmmaker. Marco was accepted into the Tribeca Film Institute’s inaugural All Access Program in 2004.
His most recent completed project, the 35mm short film “Un Dia en la Vida,” had its world premiere at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and continues to play in festivals around the world. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Marco grew up on American military bases in the Far East. He is a member of the Producers Guild of America.

In 1973, while still managing his agency, Litto began his producing career as the Executive Producer of Thieves Like Us, the critically acclaimed Robert Altman film. In 1975, he began to devote his full attention to producing feature films. He financed and produced Obsession, distributed by Columbia Pictures and starring Cliff Robertson, Genevieve Bujold, and John Lithgow. This film established director Brian De Palma as a distinguished filmmaker. In 1976, Litto financed and produced Drive-In, a successful comedy for Rod Amateau for Columbia Pictures. In 1977, he financed and produced Over the Edge, distributed by Warner Brothers. This critically acclaimed youth film, directed by Jonathan Kaplan, introduced Matt Dillon.
In December 1997, he formed George Litto Pictures, Inc. and negotiated a $100 million line of credit with JP Morgan Chase Bank to finance and produce pictures. The first film, The Crew, in partnership with Barry Sonnenfeld was released by Buena Vista (Disney) in August 2000. The Crew starred Richard Dreyfuss, Burt Reynolds, Carrie Ann Moss, Jeremy Piven and Jennifer Tilly. George Litto is currently a producer on the Warner Bros. lot producing the feature film, Hawaii Five-0 (2007), based on the longest running one-hour television series.

Nigel Dick has directed over 280 music videos (possibly a record) and twenty-two documentaries & feature films. He has won 3 MTV awards, 2 Billboard Awards and 3 MVPA awards. In 1986 Nigel co-founded Propaganda Films with directors Greg Gold, David Fincher (Alien 3, Seven, Fight Club), Dominic Senna (Gone In 60 Seconds, Swordfish) and producers Sighvatsson & Golin.

In recognition of its groundbreaking place in the history of music video the MVPA awarded Nigel and the other founders of Propaganda, Lifetime Achievement Awards in April 2000. He has just completed principal photography on his sixth feature, a comedy entitled 'CALLBACK' which stars Kevin Farley as an out of work actor trying to get hired as the bad guy in the next Die Hard movie. He has been the driving force and passion behind the festival since he conceived it in 2003.

Born in Los Angeles, Andria Litto, has lived in New York, New Orleans and Italy. Andria Litto is a writer-producer who has worked in the industry in various capacities since 1987. In 1996-1998, while her father, George Litto, was putting together his $250 million financing deal, Andria was involved throughout the entire process, meeting with the investors, insurers, and Chase Bank.

Her fluency in French, Italian and Spanish helped bridge the culture and language barriers with the investors, many of whom are European.
When George Litto Pictures, Inc., hung up its shingle in January 1998, Andria supervised the start-up in every aspect.
Eventually, she oversaw all development and creative affairs. While working for George, she came across a book he owned, but hadn’t yet developed. She wrote, ANY FOUR WOMEN COULD ROB THE BANK OF ITALY.
In 1999, Andria associate produced the film, THE CREW, starring Richard Dreyfuss and Burt Reynolds, produced by Barry Sonnenfeld, released by Buena Vista in 2000.
Andria is currently the executive producer of the Warner Bros. film version of HAWAII FIVE-0. Her father, George is the Producer. Now the president of George Litto Productions, Andria and George are developing and producing several other films such as M.I.C.E by novelist Robert Girardi, PLAYING THROUGH, a period drama and in addition to her first screenplay, ANY FOUR WOMEN, Andria is embarking on directing her first short, BLOW UP BOB. |

Producer/Director Alan Poul is a veteran of both motion pictures and television. Over his twenty -year career, he has received an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe, two Producer’s Guild Awards, four GLAAD Awards and three Peabody Awards. In December 2001, he was presented with PowerUP’s first annual Premiere Award. In 2003 he received the ACLU Foundation's Pride Partnership Award.

He served for five seasons as Executive Producer of HBO’s Six Feet Under, recipient of 6 Emmy Awards in 2002. Six Feet Under has also won the Golden Globe for Drama Series, the SAG Award for Dramatic Ensemble (twice), the Golden Nymph for best drama at The Monte Carlo International Television Festival, and the Peabody Award. Poul directed four episodes of the show as well, and in 2003 was nominated for both a directing Emmy and a DGA award for his episode, “Nobody Sleeps.” His newest television drama series, the 1970's-set Swingtown, premieres on CBS in 2008. Poul has also directed episodes of HBO’s historical epic Rome and polygamous family drama Big Love, and in 2006 directed the ABC comedy pilot Pink Collar, starring Alicia Silverstone. In features, Poul produced the Fox Searchlight film Woman on Top (2000), directed by Fina Torres and starring Penelope Cruz. Other features he has produced include Skip Woods’ debut film Thursday (1998), Scott Winant’s Til There was You (1995), Monique Gardenberg’s The Interview (Jenipapo) (1996), and the Clive Barker/Bernard Rose horror classic Candyman (1992). His Associate Producer credits include Paul Schrader’s Mishima (1985) and Light of Day (1987), The Walker (2006) and Ridley Scott’s Black Rain (1988).
Prominent in Poul’s other television work has been his close collaboration with author Armistead Maupin, resulting in three miniseries based on Maupin’s Tales of the City books (Tales of the City, More Tales of the City, Further Tales of the City), each of which was nominated for an Emmy award. He also produced the beloved series My So-Called Life for ABC, the Peabody Award-winning Rock the Vote Special (1992), and the Emmy-winning PBS documentary series The Pacific Century (1990).
In the theater, Poul produced the Los Angeles debut of the incomparable Lypsinka in I Could Go on Lip-Synching!, which ran for 101 performances. Previously, his work as a lyricist included New Tunes at the Manhattan Theater Club, Ladies in Waiting at the Civic Theater in Chicago, ABC’s The Dollmaker with Jane Fonda, and Vagabond Stars at the Berkshire Theater Festival. Poul currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Producers Guild of America and of Film Independent (formerly IFP/Los Angeles). He has previously served on the boards of GLAAD and Los Angeles’ Outfest. His writings have appeared in The New York Times Book Review, Variety, Film Comment, and Egg Magazine.

Moira Griffin, is currently the Vice President of Pipedream Productions, an independent film company in New York. She has produced short films including the award winning “Night Magic” by Bernardo Ruiz. She has worked in production management for a variety of companies including VH1 and Mega Entertainment (an Israeli based production company).
|
A founding member of Ocularis, Moira is also the co-founder and advising director of Rooftop Films a non-profit film festival and production collective. She is also a former member of CAAMO (Contemporary African American Music Organization), founded by the late jazz great Makanda Ken McIntyre dedicated to promoting free expression and continuing education in music and the performing arts with African-American origins.
Moira is the founder of Universal Soul, which focused on bringing new music and art that crosses genres exposing new artists to a wider audience and helped launch the careers of such diverse bands as the Antibalas Afrobeat Orchestra. In addition, she conceived and co-produced an album for JUNCTURE a large-scale exhibit which featured the work of over fifty accomplished young artists working in three art forms: story, drawing and song. Independently, Moira Griffin is currently producing APACHE to be directed by Coodie & Chike and THE LOVE PROJECT a documentary about HIV and African-American women. |

Born in Cali, Colombia in 1975. Graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a major on Film & TV, and a minor in Cinema Studies. After graduating he was mentored by French director Rapahel Nadjari, with whom he produced 4 horror short films.He then worked for the video production company Centro-Films as producer, director and editor for 2 years. He also worked as a film critic for Loft magazine between 2001-2004.

Has worked in the production department of 5 feature films: Bring Out the Dead, Zoolander, Cremaster 2, Maria Full of Grace and The Fittest. His short film HOGUERA (Bonfire) was selected to particpate in Cannes Director's Fortnight 2007. Baiz has written and directed 5 short films, 3 music videos and 1 documentary. SATANAS, which won best film and best actor at the IETFF among many other international prizes, was his debut feature film. Now he is in pre-production his next film, BABYLON, an American independent prodcution.

Tom Horton's passion for film making combined with a unique blend of creative, technical and business acumen has allowed him to work and excel in virtually every facet of the film making process.
In TV he has worked as a Promo Producer/director, quickly moving into editing |
with credits including Australian Broadcasting Commission (ABC) comedy series "Lets Do Lunch", and an award-winning documentary piece for ABC's youth program "The Factory".
A move into producing/directing followed with music video credits for Artists at Sony and Warner Music in Australia resulting in accolades in Rolling Stone Magazine. During this time he joined Red Ink Film Company one of Australia’s leading commercial film companies where he quickly rose to become Executive Producer and then Co-owner/MD. He oversaw over AU$12M of productions at Red Ink, co-developed an Infotainment Small Business TV series which was optioned by SBS Television, and co-developed/produced and directed a comedy pilot “Fitz”.
In the mid 90’s he saw the potential that VFX could bring to epic storytelling and accepted a role as Executive Producer at Australian VFX House Digital Pictures. This was followed by a two year stint as Creative Director/General Manager at VHQ, South East Asia's largest post production company and then posts as Head of Visual Effects at SVC, Director of TV and Radio at Saatchi & Saatchi, Managing Director of Condor Post Production, and Business Development Director at BEAM.TV
During his time in the UK he and fellow Australian, Glenn Fraser, worked together to jointly develop a slate of TV and Feature projects. An epic myth based period fantasy TV series, "The Fabulist" they developed during this period has recently been commissioned as a feature film script. During this period he was also commissioned by Transport Entertainment founder, David Kirwan (WMA), to develop a variety of program formats for their slate. He conceived and developed a cooking series “Flash in the Pan” based around film catering chefs, co-developed a Joe Millionaire style Reality TV show “Do you Take This House” and gritty TV drama series based on Parole officers R.O.P.E (Repeat Offenders Parole Enforcement).
Horton has continued to work at a senior level in the VFX and digital media industry and is currently Managing Director of EMMY and BAFTA nominated VFX house Men-from-Mars.

Annette Anderson
is a former corporate lobbyist for the energy industry who left the U.S. nearly 20 years ago to change perspectives, both geographical and personal. Today she directs the marketing for the landmark STARS’N ‘BARS restaurant which divides its time between selling T-bones and finding new ways to help Monaco stay the most innovative principality on the planet. |
That includes supporting important new cultural initiatives like the INTERNATIONAL EMERGING TALENTS FILM FESTIVAL as well as Monaco’s first INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL FOR SHORT FILMS ON THE ENVIRONMENT, an outgrowth of STARS ‘N’ BARS MONACOLOGY project. |
