Beyond the Raging Sea, the documentary film by Marco Orsini, and in collaboration with DHL, UNHCR, UNDP and IEFTA, has been confirmed for a market screening at the EFM Berlinale.

The action-adventure feature follows the harrowing tale of two Egyptian adventurers, Omar Samra and Omar Nour, as they take on the world’s toughest row – the unsupported 3,000 nautical mile journey from the Canary Islands to Antigua, also known as the Talisker Whiskey Atlantic Challenge, and highlights the dangers refugees face when crossing open bodies of water for safety.

The screening is set to take place on Monday 24 February at 15:00, at CinemaxX Berlion Potsdameer Platz, Berllin.
