“Divine Factory” by Alumna Joseph Mangat to Premier at Dok Leipzig 2022

Winner of the 2020 IEFTA Cannes Docs-in-Progress award, and an IEFTA Alumna, Joseph Mangat (Philippines) will have his feature length documentary “Divine Factory” celebrate its world premier at DOK Leipzig this October, having been selected in the ‘International Competition Long Documentary and Animated Film” category.

‘Divine Factory’ portrays a factory outside Manila that manufactures statues of saints as a microcosm of the economic, social and spiritual conditions in the Philippines.
